Your Step-by-Step Launch Plan

Everything between where you are right now and your first sale of The Satisfied & Slim Blueprint™ — traffic sources, pricing, and the follow-up emails that do the selling for you.

Where you are right now

Your system is fully built and live. Your sales page at getslimandsatisfied.com takes real orders, delivers your products automatically, and sends the confirmation emails for you. Nothing on this page requires any more tech setup. From here, your only job is the one thing this plan is about: putting your page in front of the right people.

0. First: make sure the money reaches your bank

You asked exactly the right question. Stripe collects your sales, then automatically transfers ("pays out") to your bank on a rolling schedule — you don't have to do anything per-sale. One-time setup:

  1. Log in at dashboard.stripe.com
  2. Go to Settings → Bank accounts and scheduling (sometimes "Payouts")
  3. Click Add bank account and enter your routing + account number

That's it. Your first payout typically lands about 7 days after your first sale (Stripe holds the very first one a little longer to verify the account), and every payout after that arrives on a ~2-day rolling basis, automatically.

1. Week 1 — get your first sale without spending a dollar

Paid ads work, but they're step two. Your first sales should come from warm and free channels — they prove the page converts before you put money behind it.

A. One personal Facebook post (Day 1)

Not an ad. A story. People buy from people, and your story is the product's story:

Copy, paste, edit to be true to you "Personal news: I just launched something I've been working on. If you've ever fallen off a diet by Tuesday because you were too tired to cook the 'right' thing — that was me too. So I put my whole system into a step-by-step blueprint: The Satisfied & Slim Blueprint. It's how I stay on track even on my most exhausted days, and it's live today at getslimandsatisfied.com. It would mean the world if you took a look — and I'd love to hear what you think either way. ❤️"

Reply to every single comment. Each reply pushes the post to more people for free.

B. Facebook groups (Days 2–7, ~20 minutes a day)

Join 5–8 groups where your buyer already lives: search Facebook for "weight loss support", "weight loss for women over 40", "healthy meal prep for beginners", "busy mom weight loss". Then the rule that makes this work: give value first, never link-drop.

C. Pinterest (Day 3 — the sleeper channel for your niche)

Pinterest is where your exact buyer searches "easy meal prep" and "how to stay on a diet" — and unlike Facebook posts, pins keep sending visitors for months. Free business account at business.pinterest.com, then create 5 pins (Canva has free "Pinterest Pin" templates) that each link to getslimandsatisfied.com:

Add 1–2 new pins a week. This compounds quietly in the background.

D. Tell 10 people directly (any day this week)

Text or email 10 people who know you — not to guilt them into buying, but: "I just launched my weight-loss blueprint — would you share it with one friend who might need it?" A share from a trusted friend converts better than any ad you will ever run.

2. Week 2+ — paid traffic (your $10/day plan)

Once anything has sold organically — even one sale — Facebook/Instagram ads are your scale lever. Weight loss is one of the biggest ad niches on Meta, which means the buyers are there AND there are content rules to respect.

⚠️ Play by Meta's health rules or your ad account gets banned: never address the reader's body directly ("your belly fat"), never promise amounts or timelines ("lose 20 lbs in 30 days"), no before/after photos, no shame angles. Talk about the system and the feeling — "stay on track on exhausted days" is compliant AND it's your best hook anyway.

Starter campaign (set it up once, let it run 4–5 days untouched)

SettingWhat to choose
ObjectiveSales (conversions), pointed at getslimandsatisfied.com
Budget$10/day — don't touch it for 4–5 days (the algorithm needs time to learn)
AudienceWomen 35–60, USA. Interests: meal prep, Weight Watchers, intermittent fasting, healthy recipes
PlacementsAutomatic (Advantage+)
CreativeSimple photo of a real prepped meal or you in your kitchen beats polished graphics — "native" wins
Ad copy starter (edit freely) "Every diet I tried worked great... until Tuesday. That one exhausted evening where cooking a 'good' dinner feels impossible — that's where good intentions go to die. The Satisfied & Slim Blueprint™ is the system for exactly that moment: prep once, grab a plate in 2 minutes, eat with your family, stay on YOUR plan. It's $27 and it's the last 'start over Monday' you'll ever need. → getslimandsatisfied.com"

The only numbers that matter

With your funnel — $27 Blueprint, $17 Prep Vault add-on, $97 Blueprint for Life upgrade — a typical buyer is worth roughly $35–45 once some take the add-ons. That means:

For what it's worth: building this exact campaign side by side — settings, targeting, and generating your first batches of ad creative — is what we do with clients inside our coaching program. Enrollment is closed at the moment, and this plan is the groundwork that gets a client ready for that room.

3. Pricing strategy — leave it alone (for now)

4. Follow-up emails that actually work

Your account already tags every buyer automatically (buyer, bump, upsell) — which means these three simple campaigns are ready to be wired up in your GoHighLevel account:

① New-buyer welcome (Days 0–5) — makes refunds rare and reviews likely

Day 0: "You're in — here's the ONE page to read first." Point them to the single most valuable section so they get a win tonight.
Day 2: "Did you hit the tired-Tuesday moment yet?" One tip from the Blueprint, no pitch.
Day 5: "How's it going?" — literally ask. Replies become testimonials you'll use everywhere.

② The second-chance offer (Day 3) — your easiest extra revenue

To buyers without the bump/upsell tag: "Most Blueprint owners eventually ask me about prep — that's exactly what the Grab-and-Go Prep Vault solves. Since you're already inside, here's the same $17 add-on price." One email, sent automatically, forever.

③ The weekly rhythm (ongoing) — one email, every week, same day

One tip, one small story, one link. 80% value, 20% offer. This is the asset that makes every future product launch easier — your list is the one traffic source nobody can take away from you.

5. Your Week-1 checklist
